At Welcome to you, everything is created with care, intention, and a focus on supporting your growth, healing, and well-being. Our workshops and counseling sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive space for reflection, learning, and personal development. Products sold in our online store are thoughtfully created and selected to provide daily affirmations, positive and inspirational guidance, guided workbooks, and many items to help on your healing journey, meditation, relaxation needs, and strength-building skills. We also support your journey if you are recovering from addictions, with many sessions available and a great support system.

Cancellations and returns
If you have purchased a session or an event and are unable to make your appointment, please call us so we can reschedule you. For items purchased from our online store, we offer a 14-day return policy with a full refund, with the exception of books.
